Is it possible we could spend extra points/mass/habitat/whatever to fire multi "warhead" colony drones? It would save on tedious colonization and simultaneously make routing established colonies easier.

Hmmm.

An instant wipe out for large enemy colonies....Not sure I like that.

I can your point if the world is empty to start with.

not instant, just quicker.
also, to balance, require an additional point of mass and create an "extra space" variable. For each additional colonist the drone costs increasingly more drone points. Essentially, my annoyance is I have colony ships that could fire multiple colony drones at the same world- except that there's no way to double selections of the same target.

I fail to see what the problem is.

If you're in an empty system you can run through a turn every three or four minutes which makes it pretty easy in my book to run a colony up from nothing to population 5 or 6.

I did 5 systems at once in the space of one galactic turn. honestly, the problem is that my wrist hurt afterward.

In that case, maybe it should be:

If you are alone in the system you can add more than 1 hab to the drone.

Save time and wrist ache.

my only thing there is the wierdness of being able to build a type of drone some times and not others. I'd rather just have to spend more resources on a drone whenever I want to gain the benefit.

anything's better than nothing. claiming space is part of my fun in the game I just don't want to get carple tunnel doing it.
