I had a ship in a scrambler field, clicked for it to fire a drone, and was offered Scrambler, Mine, or Lockdown.
I didn't think you could fire lockdowns under scramblers. The only other drone type I can think of that's stealthy (thus a candidate for scrambler-fire) is Repair...
Then again, repair aren't hex-targeting, so I don't know.

I would have said you shouldn't be able to fire repair in a scrambler as you need to be able to target another ship to fire that kind of drone.

Shall we ban lockdown from within scrambler, or not, I really don't think I care either way.

I'm fine with leaving the lockdown.
I don't know about repair.
