systems where there are colonies (of whatever species), but no ships, are ending the list of worlds in-system with "Here be Dragons."
I got excited and checked the systems I had colonized, but none reported a reliable dragon sighting. The beasts seem to dissappear just before ships arrive in-system and not return until the ships are gone...

Thats the thing about dragons - mythic.
