FarMail error message

When I open the farmail window, the following error is seen in my "java/dos box"

Failed to load up the required image!!!! faricon.gif in dir

This doesn't seem to stop the farmail from working.

That is true. It's because my ant build script fails to copy the image, been on my todo list for MONTHS.
