when ordering a construct to build armor it appears to not check against available funds (with my 50 credits I was still able to order a full ring of SS for my construct).

I assume this is handled appropriately at the server, but it's always nice to have agreement- especially if someone tries to submit orders like this in multiple systems and we have to discover how it determines who's on first...
