This contains the first version of the solar tactical list (as it's know!)

Basically, right click on an empty hex on the galactic map and you will get a tac summary of everything. Which is cool.

Has a few issues, like tot pts=0. But still good I recon. Also, v soon I'll be posting the link to the revenue pages. Yet more info on your empire.

Please post up suggestions for what else would be nice to have on the solar tactical.
