Summary:
- If a system does not contain a trade gate then all colonies under shrink by 1 per galactic turn.
- If a planet has a compatabiliy level of >3 and a trade gate then it will grow by 1 per gal turn on it's own.
- Add a "SnapTide" construct which can raise the allowed ship class within a system by 2 for the owning race.
- FlagShip rules mentioned elsewhere means 1 ship of your fleet gains the DL from the entire fleet.
- Different DL winnings from ship classes means possible to gain DL fast.
- Each Epic level in your fleet earns you revenue of 1000 per gal turn.
Please think about this!
- Now possible to rapidly crush a system full of colonies - simply kill the gate.
- also possible to rapidly grow colonies. No more grinding?
- Epic ships will produce vast revenue on thier own. Establishing and defending colonies no longer the only road to riches.
Problem - player holidays. Is it unfair that players who are on holiday lose all their colonies if attacked by an enemy race?
