Current rules being coded:

Remove Epic Lockdown rules.

Add in Epic Blooms, born in Open System containing the ships of more than one race. They grow by 1 per turn until size 14 when the closest ship will harvest them. Harvesting only happens if there are ships from a single race within 5 hexes. The Epic Level goes to the FlagShip of this races fleet.

Remove small ship bonus to avoid explosions.

Hopefully live soon.
