I did look at all the code and could not see a bug, are you sure you haven't armoured all your constructs with the cash?

OK. Think I found it.

If you were picketing a Trade Gate of another race, and the economy turned over, then you got that races credits + revenue from the gate.

So some players did v well, while others did v badly.

I'll give you back 50K.
