I have a vessel in Glorlorrond which is off the screen and I cannot click on it or move it back into the visible space

I know... very annoying, it's just off teh side of the screen, however till it is fixed I do have a solution:
1: you cannot click it, however, you can select it from the ship list to the right
2: it seems the game client fails to show your selected ship's movement path when it is offscreen (in this case off map as well) so just click toward the middle and send it in... next turn it should be on the map (if curious where it is, just keep clicking around the map till you see it wanting to go the shortest distance)
3: chances are if it's off map... you should be able to jump it out if none of the above help...

(on another note, if you can't jump within 20 hexes of a planet... how can you jump in inside that range?... Laughing )

You can't jump in within 20 of a planet.

Or rather you shouldn't be able to Smile

ya know... that list must be getting pretty long, eh? mind if I ask how big that list is exactly? 200? 500? Laughing just kidding with ya, though it is kinda annoying that happening (both of them)

not exactly an addition to this bug, per se, but perhaps more of an urge to bump it up the list a bit, for reasons I haven't realized till now, and the reason itself is simple, and you can ask nosferatu in system eiloail (or whatever) just how dangerous this is:

in batte, if an enemy jumps there ship in and never brings it on to the map... there is no way to target it to attack, or even mines get close enough as well... however the offmap ship (through the use of the ship list) has free range to attack anywhere it wishes, especially if it's a mauler ship.

(hmm... now whether to bring my ship from off the map or not, lol)

oh, and if 2 races get ships to stay off map like this... I predict a very very long battle that will go nowhere very fast...

at one point I found a way to view that "off map" area- something like centering the map on a ship near the edge of the system then hitting "zoom out."

Just bringing this back to the top of the list as it's still happening.

At a guess I'd say the viewable area of a system has been set to be a couple of hexes smaller than the actual width of a system in hexes.
