I have tried to join twice, both times with the correct client, but have not received a welcome email. Neither did I get a response from Support.

Never mind......trying again tonight....let's see what tomorrow brings

Nope...nothing...not a squeak from the server or from Support.

My turn wasn't processed last night, though the previous day when I emailed it, it did.

Try joining up but sending the join request via email.

Me bad - v v busy few days.

Hope to look (and fix it) tomorrow morning.
